We develop data and AI solutions to support and automate standard essential patent (SEP) licensing operations end to end, from SEP landscape analytics to bespoke essentiality and invalidity assessments.

How is Evidence-as-a-Service different from platform access?

We offer two commercial models – platform and service. Evidence-as-a-Service is an optional premium service for litigation and other critical negotiations where you need speed, accuracy and expert sign-off. An expert reviews and validates the platform’s outputs for you, without you needing to operate the platform directly. Our network includes patent litigators, standards engineers and inventors. Expert validation is charged per patent at a fixed price, not an hourly rate. Platform access and Evidence-as-a-Service can be combined to suit your needs.

How quickly can I get the analysis?

Landscaping reports and automated essentiality or invalidity assessments typically take less than 20 minutes. Expert validation typically takes 2 to 10 days, depending on the volume of the assessed portfolio.
