About Us

The rare combination of patent litigation and ai expertise.

We are a team of patent litigators, and applied AI experts united by one belief: Fair Licensing starts with Evidence.

Technology is not an add-on for us, it's deeply integrated into our workflows since our inception. Our conviction – AI augments human judgement but does not replace it. We are AI-Native. We develop and leverage AI to push our quality and efficiency so that our clients can access litigation-grade evidence at a fraction of the traditional cost and time.

Our goal is to make independent SEP analysis economically viable. We want to foster a balanced FRAND licensing ecosystem, where licensors and licensees engage on eye-level, and evidence-backed claims drive the negotiations.

Konstantinos Poulinakis

I founded ClaimsEvidence with the conviction that AI can democratize access to premium services. I spent years designing AI systems for the highly-regulated, high-stakes industries of legal and financial sectors. First as an AI engineer at Deutsche Bank, then at Aleph Alpha, the German frontier AI lab. An Electrical & Computer Engineer by education, specialized in AI with published research on deep learning funded by the US Air Force Research Laboratory.

Christoph Hewel

I joined ClaimsEvidence to make litigation-grade SEP analysis scalable for implementers. As a patent attorney and UPC litigator, my work focuses on essentiality, infringement and validity issues that are central to SEP licensing negotiations under FRAND. With a background in electrical engineering and machine learning, I have spent years developing AI-based approaches to patent analysis. ClaimsEvidence brings this work into a practical, expert-led service for SEP defence.
