Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ClaimsEvidence website (the “Site”), operated by ClaimsEvidence GmbH, Leopoldstraße 31, 80802 Munich, Germany (see our Impressum for full provider details). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What These Terms Cover

These Terms apply to this public website — including our practice notes, informational content, and our newsletter and contact forms. Our patent-analysis platform is currently an internal, early-access tool that is not generally available, and these Terms do not grant you access to it. If and when we make the platform available to users, separate terms will apply and we will make them available at that time.

Informational Content, Not Legal Advice

Our practice notes and other content describe our views on standard-essential patents and related topics for general informational purposes. They do not constitute legal advice, do not create an attorney–client relationship, and should not be relied upon for legal decisions. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
