ClaimsEvidence to open the 9th Paris Conference on SEPs and FRAND by LES France and APEB

ClaimsEvidence opens the 9th Paris Conference on SEPs and FRAND.

We are sponsoring and participating in the conference on 3 November 2026 at Clifford Chance in Paris. The event is co-organised by LES France (Licensing Executives Society) and APEB.

ClaimsEvidence, represented by its founders Konstantinos Poulinakis and Christoph Hewel, will open the programme at 14:45 with the presentation “Before and Beyond the Claim Chart”, exploring how evidence supports SEP portfolio assessment, essentiality analysis and informed FRAND licensing negotiations.

The programme will also cover SEP licensing intermediaries, FRAND litigation and international trade, followed by a judges’ roundtable with perspectives from several jurisdictions. See the program.

We look forward to engaging with legal practitioners, licensing leaders, implementers and patent owners in Paris and discussing how robust evidence supports SEP licensing decisions.
