Subprocessors

To run this website we rely on a small number of trusted third-party service providers, known as subprocessors. They process limited personal data on our behalf so that we can deliver email, measure aggregate usage, and keep the site online. Each one acts only on our instructions and under contractual data-protection terms.
This list covers the subprocessors for our public website. Our patent-analysis platform is currently an internal, early-access tool that is not generally available to users, so the data shared through this website is limited to what you submit through our forms and standard analytics. Current Subprocessors
Resend (Transactional email delivery and newsletter mailing list)
Data processed: Email address, and any optional name, company, role, area of interest, or message submitted through our forms.
PostHog (Product analytics (consent-gated, EU cloud hosting))
Data processed: Usage and behavioral data, IP address (for geolocation), and cookie / device identifiers when you consent.
Vercel (Website hosting and aggregate, cookieless analytics)
Data processed: Request metadata, IP address, and aggregate page metrics. No individual visitor identification.
Changes to This List
We will keep this page up to date as we add, remove, or replace subprocessors. If a change is material, we will update this list and, where appropriate, give notice through our Privacy Policy or by email before the change takes effect.
